Parkville Campus Minister

St Jude’s is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ordained person with leadership and pastoral gifts as the Parkville Campus Minister. The Campus Minister will work with the Vicar, other staff and lay leaders to provide pastoral leadership of the ministries at our Parkville Campus. The Campus Minister will also oversee the Parkville Campus staff team currently comprising of an assistant minister, a children and youth minister, a music director as well as potential ministry trainees and student ministers.

The expectation for the Parkville Campus Minister is that they will be a godly and energetic leader, highly relational, an excellent Bible teacher, a strategic thinker, able to lead staff and volunteers, able to equip and develop others for leadership and ministry as well as have the capacity to grow and develop this ministry. Due to the level of responsibility this role entails, it is expected that applicants will have suitable previous experience.

Communications Manager

St Jude’s is seeking a godly and capable leader to join our team as Communications Manager. The Communications Manager (CM) will lead communications strategy and projects for St Jude’s. This will include supporting and leading volunteers to exercise their gifts in this area, as well as working collaboratively with the ministry staff team. The CM will be a leader with the ability to raise up, train and support team members and leaders, and to develop appropriate systems to maintain and grow ministry. We’re prayerfully expectant that as our church continues to grow, we will face an ongoing need to build communication and media systems to respond to that growth and reach more people with the gospel. The CM will play an important role in the growth of our ministry and administrative structures and our church.
